Joan Trebing joined the Clearly efficient team in August of 2006. She specializes in residential organizing. She is committed to helping clients gain an understanding of their organizing needs and maintaining their organized spaces resulting in a more relaxing environment.

She blends her experience in landscape design with natural tendencies for creating order out of chaos. She is able to create a space that is workable for the client as well as pleasing to the eye. As a salable inventory manager at a large plant nursery, Joan has managed several process-change projects resulting in process efficiencies and productivity gains.

In April 2008, Joan graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. The skills she has learned have led to a greater understanding of team dynamics while working with clients and leading a team of organizing specialists.

Clearly efficient has trained and awarded Joan a Lead Consultant Certification in October, 2007. Her volunteer experience and training in the bereavement ministry at church has helped her to deal sensitively with clients’ unique needs and memories represented by their belongings.

Joan has lived in Orange County most of her life and currently resides in South Orange County.
